Its been a while since any posting here, so in preparation for FNSI and the Bloggers Quilt festival, I have been working on trying to finish a couple of quilts. The quilting process is time consuming, and this is the largest quilt I have made, its a king size! You can join in at Crafty Vegas Mom, and also Amy has opened up the Bloggers quilt festival which should be fun.
I didn’t start out with this size in mind, it just grew, and grew! Just getting through the machine is a challenge even with a wide throat! This quilt will be one that will live on our lounge, its big enough for three! I had fun practicing my free motion quilting, something that I need to improve!
Anyway I am looking forward to all the beautiful creations on the link, hope you can join in!
